Our main commitment is to give our customer a 100% satisfaction in all of our services.The following policies are intended to enhance the customer's experience with us. Please be aware by making an appointment you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Divine hair and beauty salon reserves the right to cancel, delay, shorten or change treatments where reasonably necessary due to the effects of any of the provisions below: APPOINTMENTS: You can set your appointment through the following: Filling up the appointment form on our website divinehairbeauty.co.uk ; Calling us at 07809566533 or 02088812126 ; email us at email@example.com ; Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your salon and spa treatments. Late arrival may shorten your service and treatment will be charged in full. CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment. PRICES: We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time without prior notice except to membership fee where email notification will be sent at least 3 days prior to payment date. REFUND: There will not be any refund on any treatment unless it has caused any medical injury/damage which should be certified by a GP. Refund would process if agreed in 30 working days. Management may offer free treatment or replacement treatment if a fault from the therapist is been identified and proven. PAYMENTS: You can pay your membership via recurring card payments. We accept cash and Card payments in salon. CHILDREN: Divine hair and beauty salon cannot be held responsible for children who are brought into our salons by our customers. We preferred that you leave your children at home that due to workplace health & safety laws. If you need to bring Children along for your appointment, please ensure that they are on their best behavior and have ample activities to keep them occupied. Your children are your responsibility, if they break or damage anything you will unfortunately incur a charge for those items. LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PERSONAL ITEMS: Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times, We are not responsible for items that are lost, misplaced or stolen. It is best if you leave your valuables at home. DISPUTE: Any customer disputes should be resolved with the Salon manager first and if not resolved a written complaint should be submitted to the Director to follow internal complaint procedure and all rule governed by England and wales court.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You must be atleast 18 year old and UK resident✶Saver Silver & Bold Gold Membership for min 12 months binding contract. ✶ Divine Diamond & Royal Ruby Membership for min 6 months binding contract. ✶Payments to be made by direct debit, Cash or recurring card payment. ✶ Prior appointments to be booked for all beauty treatments at least 48 hrs in advance. ✶This membership price not to be combined with any other offers or promotions in the salon. ✶Treatments of the same list prices could be swapped with manager's approval only at the time of membership registration.✶Non inclusive treatments to be paid in excess to the membership fee. Difference in swapped treatments should be paid in excess to the membership fee. ✶No refunds would be given irrespective of your package monthly treatment is been taken or not. ✶The membership treatments should be booked in the every monthly calendar cycle and could not be carried forward. ✶Members agree to give consent to be treated by trainee therapists. ✶Management have limited number of memberships available and reserves the right not to accept new members at their discretion. ✶Management reserves rights to cancel the membership with no refund if gross misconduct of the member is identified. ✶Replacement membership card will cost an extra £5. ✶Discounts, therapies, treatments or any services under the membership could only availed by the member registered and could not be shared. ✶Management reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions or withdraw the scheme at any time – members will be notified in advance of any changes. ✶Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership when a member is not abiding by the terms and conditions. ✶When joining members may be required to show photographic ID with proof of billing address. ✶Treatments are subject to availability so we recommend that for peak times such as weekends, treatments are booked in advance to avoid disappointment. ✶We reserve the right to refuse any treatment on medical grounds and/or if we consider it inappropriate in our professional opinion. ✶Failure to attend for a pre-booked treatment without notifying us will be considered as treatment/ service done under your account. ✶If any service under the package is not been availed in that particular month could not be carried forward to the next month's service nor any refund will be processed for any treatment. ✶Membership could not be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred to another customer or third party. ✶All membership cards remains the property of Divine Business Ltd. ✶Any delay in monthly payment will result in suspension of the membership services. ✶Every declined membership payment or bounced payments will result in an extra administrative fee of £20.00. ✶Unlimited treatments are subject to the fair usage policy of max 6 service per month. ✶You can set your appointment through the following: Filling up the appointment form on our website divinehairbeauty.co.uk ; Calling us at 07809566533 or 02088812126 ; email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. ✶Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your salon and spa treatments. Late arrival may shorten your service and treatment will be charged in full. ✶31 days advance notice should be given for cancellation for membership. ✶6 months contract is a fixed term contract until the end of term with no break clause. ✶Introduce a friend and avail a £40 Gift voucher for any one treatment after reference's first month's fee is paid. ✶Members understand that electronic signature/ acceptance will be considered as actual acceptance of terms and conditions of the membership and the legal binding contract. ✶ Loyalty discount membership will offer 20% off in all treatments above £10 and 10% discount on retail products. ✶ Loyalty discount membership is an annual subscription and must be renewed annually.
